Savoury Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients:
1 cup plain flour
2 tablespoons self–raising flour
125g butter chopped
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 cup grated tasty cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon mixed herbs
1 teaspoon Mt Baimbridge Lavender culinary lavender
1 tablespoon water.

Method:
Sift dry ingredients into medium bowl, rub in butter.
Stir in cheeses, mixed herbs and Mt Baimbridge Lavender culinary lavender.
Mix enough water to make a soft dough. Knead on a floured board until smooth.
Shape dough into a log, Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into rounds and place on greased tray.
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for approx 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool on the tray.
