Savoury Cheese and Lavender Biscuits
Want a biscuit that isn't too sweet? Try these savoury cheese biscuits. They're easy to make and quite yummy to eat. By combining a couple of cheeses with some mixed herbs and lavender you get a delicious biscuit that you'll love to eat.

- 2 cups Self–raising Flour
- 125 g Butter chopped
- 2 tbspn Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Tasty Cheddar Cheese grated
- 1 tspn Mixed Herbs
- 1 tspn Culinary Lavender or to taste
- 1 tbspn Water
Sift the dry ingredients into a medium bowl, rub in the butter.
Stir in the cheeses, mixed herbs and culinary lavender.
Mix enough water in to make a soft dough.
Knead on a floured board until smooth.
Shape the dough into a log, wrap it tightly in foil and refrigerate.
Cut into rounds and place on greased tray.
Bake in a moderate oven at 180 °C until lightly browned.
Let cool on the tray.
