Easy Lavender Scones
This recipe is just so easy. It's a modern take on traditional scones and with the twist of lavender added, it will be a hit.

Servings: 12 scones
- 3 1/2 cups Self-raising flour
- 300 ml Cream
- 200 ml Lemonade
- 2 tspn Culinary lavender or to taste
Sift flour, add the culinary lavender and stir.
Combine lemonade and cream.
Create a well in the flour mix and pour wet ingredients into it.
Mix and knead well together.
Roll out about 3cms thick on floured board.
Cut into rounds and place on a lightly greased tray, brush tops with milk and place in hot oven (200°C) and cook until nicely browned.
Serving suggestion: These scones are delicious served with a cup of tea or coffee and just butter, jam & cream or cheese.
