Easy Lavender Scones
This recipe is just so easy. It's a modern take on traditional scones and with the twist of lavender added, it will be a hit.

Equipment
- Mixing Bowl
- Baking Tray
- Shape Cutter
Ingredients
- 3½ cups Self-raising flour
- 300 ml Cream
- 200 ml Lemonade
- 2 tspn Culinary lavender or to taste
Instructions
- Sift flour, add the culinary lavender and stir.
- Combine lemonade and cream.
- Create a well in the flour mix and pour wet ingredients into it.
- Mix and knead well together.
- Roll out about 3cms thick on floured board.
- Cut into rounds and place on a lightly greased tray, brush tops with milk.
- Place in hot oven 200 °C and cook until nicely browned.
Notes
Serving suggestion: These scones are delicious served with a cup of tea or coffee and just butter, jam & cream or cheese.
